Consulting with application owners and users to onboard application-level monitoring
working with SIEM team to ingest logs including any required ticketing
validating log integrity
holding discussions with log owners to document log and for completeness of logs

3+ years of experience with ServiceNow and Jira Service Management
Experience in applying the NIST Cybersecurity Framework to operational and security processes
Experienced in managing cloud environments and DevOps tools across public clouds, including AWS, Azure, and GCP
Experience in analyzing and troubleshooting a variety of log formats, including ISS, JSON, and others
Experience in using Splunk to review application logs and map fields within Enterprise Security
