Act as a business partner to the NEMA Business Line manager and leads local finance teams to optimize the financial performance.
Support effective business decisions by monitoring, analyzing, and interpreting financial data.
Recommend the most appropriate business solutions.
Drive and improve financial performance of the business line NEMA per the division targets.
Lead, provide guidance, and facilitate best practices to ensure alignment and consistency of controlling practices.
Ensure timely and efficient communication with relevant internal customers to identify and discuss issues for improvement of operations, work quality, and efficiency.
Secure transparency in financial reporting and disclosures.
Requirements
10 or more years experience as a senior finance manager (Operations & Sales)
You enjoy working in a global environment
Bring a hands on approach while driving strategic moves to improve financials
Experienced in leading and international team from different functional backgrounds.
Degree in finance (Masters preferred but not required)
You are at ease communicating in English with senior management (i.e. Division President & CFO)
Candidates must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.
