Ensure maintenance strategies, technical documentation, and improvement initiatives drive high availability, operational excellence
Coordinate maintenance activities and support group performance and development
Define and implement maintenance strategies and plans for automated production lines
Introduce, develop, and maintain CMMS tools while ensuring accurate technical documentation
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in automated production lines
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, optimizing production processes in collaboration with production development engineers

Strong experience in industrial maintenance of automated production equipment
Solid knowledge of automation technologies such as PLC programming, robotics, sensors, industrial communication networks
Experience with maintenance concepts, troubleshooting, CMMS systems, machine diagnostics, and reliability improvement methodologies (e.g., OEE optimization, lean manufacturing)
Understanding of production engineering principles, or willingness and motivation to learn and contribute to production engineering topics
Proven qualification in Electrical Engineering, Automation Technology, Mechatronics, or a comparable technical field, or equivalent hands-on industrial experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
