Role Overview
- Implement, maintain, and ensure compliance of purchasing and logistics activities
- Lead procurement projects focusing on eProcurement and process optimization
- Act as a key representative in cross-functional business initiatives
- Drive change management for new processes and tools
- Develop and deliver training programs for user capabilities
- Create and manage information for stakeholders through platforms like SharePoint and ABB Intranet
- Plan and evaluate initiatives related to Procurement Excellence and Digital Transformation
- Drive and support PEDT&R initiatives
Requirements
- ~3-5 years of professional experience in Information Systems or Procurement
- Strong technical understanding
- Solid understanding of project management fundamentals
- Advanced expertise in project management is a plus
- Solid knowledge of SAP MM
- Familiarity with other eProcurement tools is a plus
- SAP customizing experience is a plus
- Strong communication skills in German and English (both mandatory)
- Highly organized and structured work approach
- Strong attention to detail
