Lead and develop an operations organization of approximately 300 employees, promoting engagement, accountability and a performance-driven culture
Ensure performance in Safety, Quality, Costs, Delivery and People management (SQCDP) by monitoring performance indicators, driving operational excellence and implementing continuous improvement actions
Drive the site's operational transformation by deploying IWS principles, supporting change and fostering a continuous improvement mindset
Work closely with Production, Maintenance, Engineering, Quality and other site functions to deliver cross-functional projects and achieve plant objectives
Optimize human resources, equipment and budgets to sustainably improve operational performance, asset reliability and the site's competitiveness.
Requirements
Engineering degree or equivalent technical qualification
At least 10 years' experience in operations management, production or industrial site leadership
Proven experience in a high-volume production environment (process manufacturing)
Experience managing teams of at least 100 employees
Recognized leadership with strong ability to unite, influence and develop the performance of large teams
Continuous improvement mindset with practical experience in change management
Native or fluent French (C2) and professional working proficiency in English (B2).
