Lead the Government client in conducting strategic requirements review, acquisition strategy development, Request for Proposal development, and in performing other related procurement tasks as required.
Review requirements documents submitted by the Program Office to determine adequacy and sufficiency and make recommendations.
Prepare solicitations, acquisition plans, source selection plans, and other documents required in accordance with regulatory and local guidance.
Prepare modifications for various contractual actions to include, but not limited to, contracts, purchase/delivery/Orders, blanket purchase agreements, indefinite delivery contracts, as necessary.
Respond to Freedom of Information Requests and Protest actions.
Advise and assist the Government in the full life cycle of acquisitions and serve as the Subject Matter Expert for all acquisition matters.
Requirements
U.S. Citizenship with the ability to pass a background check.
Current Public Trust clearance or higher is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Bachelors Degree in Business or related major.
Proficiency in the use of standard office software and applications (MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.).
Strong analytical and statistical skills.
8+ years of federal contracting experience, preferably at the DoD.
DAWIA (Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act) or FAC-C (Federal Acquisition Certification in Contracting) level II certified.
Extensive experience with Integrated Contracts Expert (ICE).
