Lead the Robotics Capabilities team to support and evolve robotic solutions across geographies.
Define team objectives, KPIs, and development plans to build advanced cognitive capabilities.
Establish governance frameworks and manage stakeholder relationships, including senior leadership and customers.
Oversee programme delivery, manage risks, and make informed decisions to ensure quality outcomes.
Facilitate collaboration across programme functions to maintain effective delivery and communication.
Operate within an ITIL-based environment, preferably across multiple geolocations and virtual teams.

Holder of a graduation degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
Possess strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
Demonstrate broad awareness of technology trends and applications.
Experienced in managing teams across multiple geographies.
Minimum 8 years in IT operations, with at least 4 years in robotics technologies.
Proficient in handling network complexities and scripting in three or more languages.
ITIL certified with excellent presentation and reporting capabilities.
