Role Overview
- Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications.
- Identify, document, and track defects, and work with the development team to resolve them.
- Create, audit, and update test cases and QA documentation.
- Review and test requirements during grooming before development starts.
- Perform functional, regression, exploratory, and user acceptance testing.
- Validate key business scenarios such as quotes, block-offs, abandoned carts, multiple quantity orders, and multiple bookings per order.
- Test booking, reservation, payment-related, and finance-related flows.
- Work closely with developers, designers, product managers, and QA teammates to understand functionality and plan testing.
- Take ownership of assigned features from start to finish.
Requirements
- 3+ years of QA experience.
- Strong experience with manual testing.
- Experience testing web applications.
- Experience testing mobile applications.
- Experience creating and maintaining test documentation.
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, QA processes, and defect lifecycle.
- Ability to work with complex business flows, roles, and permissions.
- Experience testing booking, reservation, finance, or payment-related systems.
- Experience with PSP integrations or payment provider flows.
- English level B2 or higher.
