Manage the complex execution phase of first-of-a-kind projects designed to decarbonize hard-to-abate industries.
Coordinate cross-disciplinary teams of internal and external experts to ensure project delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Own delivery of engineering & procurement packages: Manage scope from FEED through detailed engineering, procurement, fabrication, and delivery.
Drive project delivery: Ensure designs are complete, coordinated, and aligned with customer and EPC requirements.
Act as the main point of contact between customers, partners, internal and external engineering teams during construction and commissioning.
Create a productive and energetic environment that encourages innovation and problem-solving within a lean and agile project team.
Build strong, lasting relationships and ensure a smooth handover, communicating complex information in a clear and solution-oriented manner.
Work closely with our engineering, commercial, and R&D teams to ensure alignment and contribute to the overall success of each project.
Requirements
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.
Significant senior-level experience in project management, specifically from the process industry.
Demonstrated, hands-on experience leading the execution phase of large-scale industrial projects.
Experience from sectors such as lime, cement, pulp & paper, or other heavy process industries is highly valued.
Experience from the supplier/EPC side is particularly meritorious.
Exceptional communication and leadership abilities, capable of effectively guiding diverse stakeholders through complex project phases.
Fluency in English is required.
Professional proficiency in Swedish is highly advantageous and strongly preferred.
