Role Overview
Build a leading social media presence (Caradisiac)
Define an ambitious editorial strategy
Scale up on TikTok and YouTube with native formats
Adapt newsroom content to the conventions of each platform
Establish recurring, recognizable, and high-performing formats
Launch and structure new accounts (La Centrale)
Identify priority platforms and editorial lines
Define tone, identity, and formats
Launch accounts and drive their growth
Make social media a lever for brand image and performance
Turn communications into brand and business amplifiers
Track and manage KPIs (engagement, reach, growth, contribution)
Identify high-impact content and amplify it
Incorporate new challenges related to AI and LLMs
Adapt strategy to new usage patterns (search, recommendation, generation)
Optimize monitoring, production, and distribution workflows
Support and upskill teams
Work closely with the newsroom
Provide methods, frameworks, and social best practices
Requirements
Minimum 5 years' experience in Social Media Management
Experience in demanding environments (media, brand content, agency, scale-up)
Expertise on TikTok and YouTube platforms
Ability to design a strategy and execute it rigorously
Strong content culture (editorial, formats, distribution)
Awareness of AI/LLM issues and strong data/KPI orientation
