Role Overview
Play a vital role in supporting the buying team
Ensure the smooth and efficient management of critical path deadlines
Help maintain an organised workflow and ensure accurate documentation
Coordinate approvals and prepare presentations
Support the team in their preparation of internal and supplier meetings
Ensure key deadlines are met and manage logistics efficiently
Contribute to team collaboration and maintain quality in product ranges
Requirements
A strong understanding of the critical path
Managing the collection and filing of approvals
Prepare and update the PP presentation
Maintain an up-to-date FIT log
Ensure all required samples are prepared
Manage parcel collection, logging, and distribution efficiently
Understand the Swinger Tier system and packaging requirements
Have a clear understanding of core competitors
Understand the product's end use
Conduct competitive shopping regularly
Ensure products are photographed on time
Proficiency in Office 365 systems
Familiarity with buying systems and dashboard reports
