Own the SAP platform roadmap across all modules and workstreams
Manage the end-to-end change request (CR) pipeline
Serve as the primary point of contact for SAP across the business
Facilitate release planning and go-live coordination across workstreams
Identify and drive quick-win automation opportunities
Own the SAP BTP layer
Manage the SAP-side configuration of connections to Salesforce, Workday, OneStream, and Microsoft Dynamics 365
Oversee e-invoicing compliance across multiple countries
Perform root-cause analysis on SAP integration incidents and lead resolution
Act as the primary commercial and delivery interface with external SAP vendors
Ensure every open CR has a named owner
Coordinate cross-workstream dependencies and sequencing
Contribute to IT cost visibility for SAP-related spend
Support audit, GDPR, and ISO 27001 compliance requirements related to the SAP platform

5+ years of experience in SAP programme management, platform ownership, or technical administration
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
SAP certification (e.g. SAP Certified Application Associate, SAP BTP Integration Suite) is preferred
Proven track record managing SAP BTP integrations, including iFlow configuration, certificate lifecycle, and incident response
Experience working with and governing external SAP development vendors
Familiarity with adjacent enterprise systems (Salesforce, Workday, Dynamics 365, OneStream) at an integration-awareness level
Background in multi-country SAP e-invoicing compliance is strongly preferred
Experience in fast-paced, multi-entity international environments is an advantage
Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
