Senior User Researcher

Role Overview

• End-to-end research ownership: You independently plan, lead, and execute complex research projects.
• Distilling insights: You are an expert at extracting the "gold nuggets" from raw data and observations.
• Strategic sparring partner: You work closely with the product team to validate hypotheses.
• Methodological excellence & advisory: You establish a high standard for research methodologies within the team.
• Hands-on field testing: You validate prototypes under real-world conditions.

Requirements

• Solid experience: You have at least 5 years of professional experience in user research for digital products.
• Methodological depth: You are proficient across the full repertoire of qualitative and quantitative research methods.
• Analytical acuity: You can identify complex behavior patterns and translate them into simple, understandable models.
• Pragmatism & execution focus: You understand the pace of a startup.
• Strong communicator: You can present your findings passionately and persuasively—both in German and English.
