Strong understanding of the front-end software development lifecycle
Experience contributing to discovery phases, pilots, or proofs of concept
Strong analysis and design techniques
Prototyping and visualisation methods to support discovery and decision-making
Structured and outcomes-focused approach to solution design
Understanding of AI concepts (e.g. models, prompts, data dependencies and limitations)
Ability to critically assess AI outputs and challenge their suitability against business outcomes
Awareness of AI risks, including bias, explainability, data privacy, and regulatory considerations
Experience working closely with developers, testers and product managers
