You are the gateway, public face, and main contact for our contractors (civil engineering companies).
You work closely with our partners and guide them through the GlasfaserPlus lifecycle, building a long-term, equal-footing partnership.
Together with our partners you plan the coming years to ensure continuous utilization of partner capacity.
Quality checks, claims negotiations, and performance evaluation of partners are also part of your responsibilities; you provide feedback to ensure successful collaboration.
You are the interface between Procurement, Rollout, and Partners and actively contribute to contract design and risk management in the collaboration.
You develop and optimize processes with a focus on efficiency and quality of partnerships—from selection through continuous improvement of cooperation.
Analyzing partner and project KPIs as well as forecasting for capacity planning round out your responsibilities.
