Independently perform remote maintenance and software updates via remote access
Analyze and resolve complex technical support cases for international customers
Handle technical escalations
Provide technical support and coaching to internal service technicians
Create and optimize troubleshooting guides for global service
Maintain and further develop the technical knowledge base
Conduct technical training for internal service technicians, service partners and customer technicians
Occasional international travel to support field service for complex on-site technical assignments (approx. 10–30%)

Completed technical training in electronics, mechatronics or a comparable field
At least 2 years of practical experience in technical service or support, ideally in mechanical and plant engineering with an international context
Good knowledge of electrical engineering and a strong technical understanding of systems
Analytical and structured working style with enthusiasm for fault diagnosis
Strong communication skills and a high degree of customer
and service-orientation
Very good German and good English skills are essential
Class B driving license and willingness to travel internationally (max. 30%)
