Develop, optimize, and maintain backend applications for scalable platforms
Implement APIs and backend logic for web and mobile applications
Work on database design, query optimization, and system performance improvements
Collaborate with frontend developers, AI engineers, and DevOps teams to deliver integrated solutions
Continuously learn and improve backend best practices
Requirements
At least 1+ years of experience in backend development (internships, freelance, or professional roles)
Proficiency in C#, C++, Python, or Java.
Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and caching mechanisms (Redis, Memcached)
Basic knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Understanding of RESTful API design and microservices architecture
Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for software development
Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
Ideal candidates will also have:
Experience with serverless computing and event-driven architectures
Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices
Previous experience working with distributed systems and scaling applications
Contributions to open-source projects or participation in coding competitions
