About this role
Role Overview
- Design, build, and maintain full-stack applications (back-end in Node.js/Python and front-end in React/Next.js);
- Define solution architecture, including data modeling, integrations, and selection of technical patterns;
- Develop and maintain REST and GraphQL APIs for system communication;
- Manage data storage in PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis;
- Integrate and evolve AI agent features (OpenAI, Anthropic);
- Build and maintain infrastructure on AWS (S3, EC2, Lambda) and container platforms (Docker/Kubernetes);
- Conduct code reviews, define best practices, and mentor less-experienced developers;
- Participate in architecture decisions and technical priorities alongside Tech leadership;
- Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and propose technical solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Systems Analysis and Development, or a related field;
- Strong experience (5+ years) in full-stack development;
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript (Node.js, Nest.js) and Python (Flask or FastAPI);
- Proficient in React or Next.js for front-end development;
- Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL), NoSQL (MongoDB), and caching (Redis);
- Experience designing and maintaining REST and GraphQL APIs;
- Hands-on experience with AWS (S3, EC2, Lambda);
- Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes;
- Experience with Git and GitHub workflows;
- Proven involvement in architecture decisions and technical trade-offs.

- Have experience in environments with multiple integrations (ERP, CRM, BI).
