About this role
Role Overview
Your main focus: activations around matchdays, partners & community
Support in planning and executing activations on matchdays and at events
Logistics & materials management – from set-up to breakdown, branding, giveaways & co.
Maintaining guest lists, managing invitations and communicating with partners and guests
On-site support on matchdays – you are the contact person for partners & the community
Creating checklists & run sheets
Follow-up: short reports, key learnings, photo documentation
Your second focus: community & inbox management
Responding to messages across social media, email & other channels (e.g., ticket inquiries, fan questions)
Forwarding inquiries to the appropriate contacts within the club
Supporting the development and maintenance of our fan and partner contacts
Support tasks: research, social listening & data maintenance
Monitoring relevant social-media channels, trends and best practices in (women's) football, sport & entertainment
Research on partners, initiatives, projects and community formats
Gathering fan insights (e.g., via comments, surveys, feedback)
Maintaining overviews, lists and databases (e.g., contacts, partner activations, event checklists)
Structured archiving of materials, reports and learnings
Additionally: support in leadership communication
Contributing to social-media posts and appearances of key figures (e.g., drafts, timing)
Support with preparation and follow-up for selected appointments & appearances
Maintaining a simple content and schedule overview for key communication formats
Close coordination with the communications & community team
Requirements
You are enrolled at a university – the subject is not decisive; attitude is (e.g., communications, media, sports, business or social sciences)
You have organizational talent and enjoy executing tasks in a structured way from A to Z
You bring social-media competence – initial practical experience with Instagram, TikTok or LinkedIn is a plus
You have a basic editorial understanding: language matters to you and you can formulate content appropriately for target audiences
You are open, communicative and genuinely enjoy interacting with people – from fans and partners to the team and staff
You enjoy live situations: matchdays, events, activations – including evenings or weekends
You handle confidential information discreetly and work very conscientiously
You are interested in topics such as personal branding and leadership communication in sport
Very good German skills in spoken and written form; good English skills are a plus.
