Module ownership: Take ownership of a business-critical module (e.g., CRM, quote generation) in a short time — from design to deployment.
Monolith → Microservices: Break down our legacy monolith into performant, standalone services and migrate existing functionality.
Clean code & tests: Write robust TypeScript code that passes automated unit, integration and end-to-end (E2E) tests.
AI-assisted development: Use GitHub Copilot and similar tools to ship faster and find better solutions.
Security & performance: Identify bottlenecks, consider OWASP Top 10 risks, and make our services faster and more secure.
Team collaboration: Work closely with junior and senior developers, product owners and UX; share knowledge, review code and increase squad velocity.

Degree in computer science or equivalent and initial professional experience in coding.
TypeScript 'native': Node.js backend experience; basic React frontend skills. Postgres and GraphQL are a plus.
Agile mindset: Experience with Scrum/Kanban, pull requests and CI pipelines.
AI-augmented coding: Experience with coding assistants or strong interest in adopting them.
Performance & security mindset: Focus on scalable code, clean APIs and familiarity with quality/security tools (SonarQube, Snyk, etc.).
Language skills: English C1+ (company language). German is a bonus but not required.
