You will take responsibility for everything at our company related to numbers, finance and investors.
You will work directly with the two managing directors and act as the central interface to investors, the advisory board and external partners.
You will monitor liquidity, burn rate and runway — and provide timely warnings if anything gets off track.
You will prepare the monthly reporting materials for our investors, including financial metrics, forecast updates and commentary on the most important developments.
You will prepare the quarterly advisory board meetings — numbers, presentation and decision papers.
You will be the strategic and operational driver of our next funding round: building the financial model, preparing pitch materials and the investor list, coordinating due-diligence processes and keeping all workstreams on track.
For pilot projects, partnerships and strategic decisions you will run the cases — cleanly, quickly and with a focus on enabling decisions.
You will manage our external accounting provider and ensure that annual financial statements, taxes and statutory reporting obligations are handled smoothly.
Currently finance at our company is not “you plus a team” — you are the finance function.
