Ensure stable, reliable, and high-performing SAP FI/CO application services.
Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for optimization, standardization, and automation.
Translate business requirements into sustainable, user-friendly, and cost-effective SAP solutions.
Configure and customize SAP FI/CO solutions in line with business and technical requirements.
Provide expert consulting and support for Finance, Controlling, and related business functions.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex SAP application issues and coordinate problem resolution.
Drive SAP FI/CO improvements, template enhancements, harmonization initiatives, system rollouts, and major change projects.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and ensure seamless integration with SAP MM, SD, and other SAP modules.
Ensure compliance with internal controls, IT governance, change management, and ERP CoE standards.

A Master's degree is required, preferably in Information Technology, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in a comparable SAP FI/CO role.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance.
Good understanding of SAP change and transport management.
Experience with SAP integration, particularly with MM and SD modules.
Knowledge of SAP Fiori, SAP GUI, authorization concepts, and interfaces (IDocs, RFCs, APIs).
Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
German language skills are considered an advantage.
