Ability to formulate a framework and roadmap to solve through complex and ambiguous business/product problems
Hands on expertise in data profiling, modeling to deliver a deep understanding of outcome drivers and curated insights/recommendations for next steps
Strong analytical skills to form hypotheses and draw meaningful insights from disparate data sources.
Understand data, process it, extract value from it, visualize it and communicate insights to various audiences
Coach and mentor analysts to identify business opportunities and breakdown complex business problems into analytics workstreams
Ensure that all work deliverables lead to enhanced enterprise and client outcomes
Deliver clear and concise presentations to showcase the value of analytics in solving complex CX challenges.

Minimum of eight years related work experience in Analytics and Data Science
Experience working in SQL, Python, Tableau, and AWS.
Minimum of 3 years experience building and presenting executive level PowerPoint presentations.
Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
Graduate degree preferred.
