5+ years of experience in Business Analysis and Continuous Improvement
General understanding of automation and workflow technologies, including Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Business Process Management tools such as Activiti (BPM/Workflow), and low-code application development solutions
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio)
