Role Overview
- Elicit and document business requirements, risks and priorities
- Achieve consensus across stakeholders by driving clarity around needs, findings, gaps and mitigation measures
- Define, validate and deliver solutions that meet business needs, goals, objectives and budget
- Research internal / external approaches to automated solution design
- Design, develop and test automation technologies
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis and Continuous Improvement
- General understanding of automation and workflow technologies, including Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Business Process Management tools such as Activiti (BPM/Workflow), and low-code application development solutions
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio)
