Analyze service delivery metrics, case trends, employee experience data, and operational performance indicators
Develop reporting and dashboards to provide actionable insights to HR Operations leadership and COE partners
Identify service trends, recurring issues, and improvement opportunities through data analysis
Support governance activities through reporting, documentation, and performance reviews
Partner with Lead Consultants to assess service effectiveness and recommend process enhancements
Maintain and optimize HR knowledge content, ensuring policy and procedural information remains accurate and accessible
Facilitate knowledge transfer and training across service delivery teams and partners
Support implementation of process improvements and operational initiatives
Contribute to service documentation, audit readiness, and compliance activities
Build strong partnerships across HR Operations, COEs, and external service providers

3 or more years of experience in HR Operations, Shared Services, Service Delivery, HR Programs, Analytics, or related disciplines
Strong analytical and reporting capabilities with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Experience supporting service delivery models, operational processes, and stakeholder partnerships
Demonstrated process improvement and problem-solving capabilities
Strong communication and collaboration skills
