Role Overview
- Solve complex business problems using data from various sources to provide insights to decision-makers
- Lead the design, development, and optimization of Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations
- Analyze complex business problems by leveraging data to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights
- Translate business requirements into scalable Business Intelligence solutions
- Partner with executive leaders to understand reporting needs
- Develop and maintain data models, KPIs, and performance metrics
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency
- Drive continuous improvement of BI processes
- Perform advanced data analysis to uncover root causes and support initiatives
- Serve as a subject matter expert for Power BI and provide guidance on report design and best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
- 8 or more years of technical experience using Power BI and SQL
- 1 or more years of technical experience using Power Automate
- 2 or more years of project leadership experience
- Advanced experience working with big and complex data sets within large organizations
- Experience analyzing data to solve varied business problems and create data visualizations
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and translate requirements between business, project management and technical projects or programs
- Proficiency in understanding healthcare related data
- Experience presenting to senior and executive leadership.
