Role Overview

• Lead projects from initiation through completion
• Plan, monitor, and manage internal projects
• Manage schedule, risks, and changes for on-time completion
• Accountable for metrics enhancing member experience
• Identify gaps and recommend enhancements for products and services
• Develop recommendations based on complex data and root cause analysis
• Provide input on business plans to achieve goals
• Create project timelines and identify key milestones
• Manage internal relationships and performance drives
• Build communication plans for project implementation
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert
• Coach or mentor others by providing work direction

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience
• 2+ years of Service Operations experience in either Claims or Call Center
• 2–3 years of experience as a Project Manager
• Proven track record meeting project dates
• Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders
• Ability to work collaboratively with various teams
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organization skills
