Implementing efficiency-improving solutions for the monthly valuation of commercial mortgage loans
Analyzing investment data and making detailed inferences
Assessing complex financial models for efficiency improvements
Utilizing AI coding tools to improve Excel workflows
Writing code to ingest and export data to/from Excel and databases
Translating Excel models into C# code for web applications
Learning Azure Data Factory (ADF) for data extraction, transformation, and loading

Minimum of 3 years experience
Strong background and familiarity with real estate equity and/or debt investment (REITs, CMBS, RMBS, whole loan trading)
Writing code in an object-oriented language
Manipulating database data using SQL
Working with complex Excel workbooks
Proficiency in C#, Java, C++, Python preferred
Strong T-SQL, Oracle SQL, or Snowflake SQL knowledge
