Evaluates moderately complex voluntary audits for commercial lines to determine accurate classification and policy provisions to calculate final earned premium. Meets or exceeds production target while maintaining quality standards
Communicate with insureds and agents to discuss records and operations and/or to clarify and validate existing and new operations which directly affect the underwriting of the risk
Calculates and bills final policy premium after audit has been reviewed; reconciles results and escalates as appropriate
Utilizes business knowledge to respond to questions regarding risk classification, class code application, and state rules and regulations
Works with premium audit supervisor and peer audit team to analyze and conclude final audits
