Role Overview
Work closely with the areas of EFM to understand methodologies and to provide precise assistance
Maintain understanding of advancements in technology, the latest findings from research and development and changes in the marketplace to incorporate into day to day activities
Gain positive working relationships with EFM leadership and business partners
Provides strategic direction, which includes planning, development, and long-term strategy for a department within EFM or for an area with an increased amount of potential risk exposure to the bank
Advises management of solutions and workflow to achieve efficiencies in order to accomplish departmental/corporate objectives
Requirements
3 to 5 years of fraud or banking experience
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision in a detailed and deadline-oriented environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage competing priorities
Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products
Ability and willingness to work flexible hours, as required
