Role Overview
- Lead a team of compliance professionals
- Ensure compliance risk oversight for business units
- Communicate regulatory issues with management
- Oversee development and implementation of compliance policies
- Aggregate and review Risk Committee materials
- Communicate with management and regulators
- Collaborate on compliance risk management strategies
- Partner with LOB leaders to execute strategic initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or Accounting, or equivalent experience
- 10 years of financial institution experience
- 8 years of direct compliance experience
- Advanced knowledge in compliance and financial services
- Experience with regulatory agencies
- Strong understanding of risk management processes
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
