About this role

Contribute to building, monitoring and ensuring the reliability of operational and financial flows related to Reuse activities
Participate in the development of dashboards and management tools
Monitor operational flows related to Reuse
Manage financial flows from Reuse Calls for Projects
Maintain and update the Reuse budget database
Perform management transactions in SAP

Candidate in higher education, ideally at Master’s level or in the final year of a Bachelor’s degree with a specialization in management control or accounting
Availability for a 2-year work-study/apprenticeship preferred
Intermediate/advanced Excel (PivotTables, analytical formulas)
Strong interest in reuse and circular economy topics
Attention to detail and reliability
Organized and methodical
Discretion and respect for confidentiality
Curiosity and ability to learn
Ability to prioritize and strong organizational skills
Autonomous; able to work independently
