About this role
Role Overview
Lead onboarding of new clients, ensuring they successfully adopt our products/services.
Conduct regular client follow-ups to identify potential issues and propose solutions.
Participate in client feedback meetings to understand their needs and expectations.
Maintain performance reports and KPIs to monitor customer success.
Act proactively to prevent churn, always seeking contract renewals.
Upsell services and products within the customer base.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years' experience in Customer Success.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Analytical, data-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Must reside in São Paulo for regular client visits.
