Role Overview

• Assist with the campaigns and outreach for the New England CDOs

Requirements

• Active Epic certification in Epic Cheers Campaigns and at least one additional application
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the healthcare industry, including at least 3 years of direct client-facing experience with healthcare domain knowledge such as clinical documentation workflows, patient portals, encounter closure, and patient flow management
• Minimum of 4 years of experience with Epic implementation and/or support
