Provide therapy and support to students using the TimelyCare platform
Offer therapy for students, collaborating on treatment plans and identifying needs
Document therapy sessions and submit HIPAA compliant documentation
Communicate with other teams to support care continuation
Adhere to documentation quality and ethics standards

Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW), Professional Counselors (LPC/LCMHC), Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT)
Active State License in VT, additional state licensures a plus
Strong clinical documentation, assessment, and active listening skills
Experience with crisis intervention/de-escalation and safety/treatment planning
Background in providing services to young adults, adolescents, at-risk populations, and/or experience working in community mental health, crisis triage, or a college counseling environment
