Support the build and maintenance of automated pipelines that enrich, segment and score target lists
Integrate data sources to surface trigger events
Build and manage multi-channel outreach sequences across email and LinkedIn
Write and iterate on outreach copy
Automate follow-up cadences and meeting scheduling
Contribute to the GTM tech stack
Build and maintain reporting dashboards
Identify and flag pipeline bottlenecks and implement fixes programmatically
Requirements
3–5 years of experience working with GTM systems in a B2B or SaaS environment
Solid coding ability — Python, JavaScript or similar
Comfortable building lightweight tools when off-the-shelf doesn't cut it
Hands-on experience with the modern GTM stack: Clay, Apollo, HubSpot, Instantly, LinkedIn Sales Nav, and AI tooling for enrichment and content generation
Comfortable with APIs, webhooks and no-code/low-code tools (Zapier, Make, n8n)
Good written communication
Organised, structured and able to manage your own workload with minimal supervision
