Build, improve and optimize advanced services built with python that power data synchronisation, transformation across 300+ source APIs and 30+ destinations.
Develop new connectors and improve existing ones, handling auth flows, rate limiting, retries, pagination, and schema variations.
Improve scalability and reliability of production systems (performance, concurrency, monitoring, incident prevention).
Write well-tested code (pytest) and review merge requests from teammates.
Work in two-week sprints with room for shifting priorities, we stay pragmatic, not process-heavy.

4+ years of professional programming experience, with strong expertise in Python.
Experience building and maintaining complex, production-grade systems.
Experience integrating third-party APIs (auth, rate limits, pagination, error handling).
Deep understanding of Python fundamentals: OOP, mutable vs. immutable types, concurrency (threads/async).
Solid experience with Linux-based development and production environments.
Working knowledge of SQL (we use PostgreSQL).
