Responsible for developing, implementing, and communicating a corporate citizenship strategy, including the “Family Social Responsibility” program
Handle internal inquiries regarding social engagement and charitable activities and act as the central contact for agencies and implementation partners
Further develop the topic area “Sustainable Business Practices” as part of the communications strategy; plan and implement relevant topics and events
Support the global core corporate communications team; organize meetings and workshops
Contribute to the development and adaptation of global communication processes, in particular in the area of crisis communication
Define and monitor KPIs to measure success and contribute to the continuous improvement of corporate communications
Requirements
University degree — preferably in communications, media, social sciences, or a related field
At least 5 years of professional experience, preferably in-house or with an NGO
Experience and knowledge in CSR and sustainability
Strong instinct for presenting corporate content creatively, relevantly, and tailored to target audiences
Very good German and English skills; additional languages are an advantage
Team player, creative, hands-on mentality, and willingness to help outside of own responsibilities
