Coordinate and support the local Accounting Energy team in Madrid.
Act as the main contact for organizational and employee-related matters on site.
Support vacation and absence planning in close collaboration with Swiss leadership teams.
Ensure timely invoicing, reconciliation, and maintenance of accounts receivable processes.
Manage accounts payable activities including invoice posting, payment runs, and account clearing.
Contribute to compliant and efficient accounting processes in line with internal controls and regulations.
Requirements
Degree in accounting, business administration, or a related field.
Experience in accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.
SAP user knowledge and very good Excel skills.
Ideally, experience with Hyperion HFM, Tagetik, or other MS Office applications.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and self-management skills with a collaborative mindset.
Fluent English skills and German at B2 level or higher.
Ideally, you already have first leadership or people coordination experience.
