SAP Project Manager, German-speaking

Role Overview

• Manage several mid sized client projects in DACH countries.
• Manage and steer the client and project team and is responsible keeping the project goals.
• Work together with the Program Manager, Consulting Director and the global PMO on project financials.
• Strengthen the project management quality assurance process.
• Provide trainings on software the project managers need, as well as provide project management, best practices and template training under supervision.

Requirements

• Experience of managing SAP HCM projects 5-10 years.
• First line of communication for project team members, stakeholders and customers in the project organization.
• Knowledge of project financials and -controlling and put them into praxis.
• Leadership qualities and organizational skills as well as the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, assignments, and roles.
• Good presentation and business correspondence skills.
• Knowledge of the Project Management Processes and know how to put them into practice, Certifications is a plus.
• Full working proficiency in German and English languages is a must.
