Design and structure offerings: develop our energy performance solutions (energy audits and efficiency, solar PV self-consumption, storage, BMS/BAS, EMS, HVAC, electrification of end-uses) and standardize economic models (financing, Energy Performance Contracts (EPC), performance guarantees, gain‑sharing)
Structure and secure performance-based contracts: define measurement protocols and reference frameworks, formalize contractual commitments (consumption, financial performance, carbon), particularly within EPCs, calibrate incentive and penalty mechanisms, and mitigate contractual risks in coordination with legal and finance teams
Support commercial development: assist with strategic opportunities, participate in client presentations, and develop technology partnerships
Ensure execution and operations: hand over offers to engineering/design, EPC contractors and operations teams, monitor performance commitments after commissioning and drive continuous improvement
Compliance with standards and internal processes related to ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 certifications: 9001 Quality: Contribute to the continuous improvement of the company’s management system processes. 14001 Environment: Follow internal procedures related to waste management, energy consumption and pollution prevention; adopt eco-responsible behavior (limit waste, optimize resource use, etc.). 45001 Occupational Health & Safety: Follow internal safety procedures and act responsibly; be proactive in reporting issues to improve workplace health and safety.
