Ensure the framework aligns with international human rights standards and regulatory expectations.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to strengthen ESG and sustainability initiatives through a human rights lens.
Provide practical, risk-based recommendations to support commercial decision-making while maintaining compliance with human rights obligations.
Requirements
Demonstrated expertise in Human Rights Due Diligence (HRDD) at both policy and practitioner levels, particularly within conflict-affected or high-risk environments.
Qualified Human Rights Lawyer or equivalent legal expertise in international human rights.
Strong background in ESG and Sustainability, with experience integrating human rights into corporate frameworks.
Proven experience applying human rights principles within commercial and risk functions of financial institutions.
Deep understanding of conflict-area risk assessment and mitigation.
Expert knowledge of the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises and the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights (UNGPs).
Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and advisory skills.
