Senior UI Designer

Role Overview

• Plan, design, and build visually compelling digital interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
• Take ownership of the visual design process from concept to delivery.
• Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, and developers to enhance user experiences.
• Ensure designs meet usability standards and brand consistency.
• Facilitate stakeholder discussions and present design decisions.

Requirements

• Lead Visual Design Excellence: Create polished, high-quality UI designs for web platforms, ensuring exceptional visual craftsmanship, usability, and alignment with brand standards.
• Design Intuitive Interfaces: Develop user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes that deliver seamless, engaging, and user-centered experiences.
• Build and Scale Design Systems: Create, maintain, and evolve design systems, component libraries, and style guides that ensure consistency and efficiency across products and platforms.
• Transform Requirements into Interfaces: Translate business goals, product requirements, and strategic direction into visually compelling and effective digital experiences.
• Collaborate Across Disciplines: Partner closely with UX designers, product managers, developers, strategists, and creative teams to deliver cohesive, high-quality digital products.
• Present and Advocate Design Decisions: Communicate design rationale with confidence, facilitate stakeholder discussions, contribute to workshops and design reviews, and champion best practices across the organization.
• Drive Quality Through Delivery: Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs, maintaining visual consistency, responsiveness, and attention to detail throughout production.
• Leverage Modern Design Tools: Utilize industry-leading design and prototyping tools while contributing to efficient workflows that support rapid iteration and continuous improvement. Explore and integrate AI-powered tools and workflows to accelerate design exploration.
