Actively contribute to business process automation and support the global consolidation and harmonization of IT infrastructure
Advise and support business units in migrating business services to the cloud
Responsible for the architecture, design, preparation and implementation of IT solutions in cloud and on-prem environments
Potential to take on a Service Owner role
Coordinate releases in conjunction with Change and Configuration Management
Support international projects from initial concept through implementation to testing and operational phases (proofs of concept)
Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for assigned products, including managing required communication with vendors
Install, configure and troubleshoot international cloud and on-prem data center services (e.g., VMware, Microsoft, HCI)
Review and further develop security requirements in Windows Server infrastructures
Maintain monitoring and the complete data center services
Actively contribute to cloud migration and co-own cloud technologies and solutions (M365, Azure, IaaS solutions, etc.)

Degree in Computer Science or equivalent vocational training in IT
5 years' professional experience in IT operations across multiple locations
Service-oriented with solid expertise in cloud automation
Strong analytical and conceptual skills combined with organizational and presentation abilities
Proficient in German and English
Strong result and customer orientation
Self-motivated, resilient, flexible, determined and reliable
Willingness to travel occasionally for business
