Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the technical delivery team.
Lead quality assurance activities throughout the software development lifecycle.
Elicit and document business requirements, manage the Agile product backlog, coordinate user acceptance testing, validate solution quality, and ensure software releases meet requirements.
Collaborate closely with project leadership, software developers, and stakeholders to support the development, enhancement, modernization, and maintenance of enterprise business applications using Agile methodologies.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
Minimum of five (5) years of experience performing business analysis for enterprise information systems.
Minimum of three (3) years supporting Agile software development projects.
Experience developing business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Experience supporting software testing and User Acceptance Testing.
Experience using Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar Agile lifecycle management tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Tier 2 (Moderate Risk) Background Investigation.
