Prepare staff documentation and maintain employee data
Manage working time tracking and payroll accounting
Prepare and submit payroll, employment, and termination declarations and reports to the State Tax Inspectorate and the State Social Insurance Fund Board
Reconcile payroll accounts and prepare monthly closing reports
Prepare payroll-related documentation for the annual audit
Monitor changes in labor and tax legislation and ensure their proper application
Advise employees on payroll-related matters
Assist with other relevant tasks within the Finance function
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in payroll processing
Experience working with financial and payroll software and systems
Strong knowledge and practical understanding of the Labor Code and other legislation governing employment relations
Higher education in accounting, finance, economics, or a related field
Accuracy, attention to detail, discipline in meeting deadlines, and a high level of confidentiality
A proactive mindset and a service-oriented approach
Fluency in Lithuanian and English
