You define the product strategy & roadmap for the next 12 months
You take economic responsibility for the product range from recipe costing to contribution margin accounting
You manage the entire development process from idea to go-live
Systematically evaluate the entire product range and make decisions on reformulation, relaunch, or delisting
Responsible for further developing processes in product development/product management
Set guardrails for Marketing, Purchasing, Fulfillment, and Finance

Several years of experience in product marketing, product management, or product development, ideally in FMCG, supplements, or consumer health
Proven experience in marketing and managing products across omnichannel channels
Have carried P&L responsibility — not only supported it
Understanding of the EU Food Information Regulation (LMIV), the Health Claims Regulation, and Novel Food requirements
Use AI as a working tool and integrate it into product development and decision-making processes
Experience leading teams with real performance management, not just technical supervision
Ability to work strategically as well as operationally in project and day-to-day business
