Develop and maintain a general understanding and working knowledge of Commissions procedures and regulations.
Review daily and monthly reports and takes immediate action to resolve any conflicts with agent data.
Interact with internal and external customers appropriately on an as-needed basis.
Participate in cross-training within the department.
Accept and own assigned project tasks; understands impact within the team or organization.
Contribute to special projects as assigned.
Provide feedback to managers regarding repeated errors and issues that could be related to system functionality or training.
Ensure individual quality and productivity standards are met.
Requirements
AA or BA degree preferred. Relevant experience considered in lieu of degree.
Minimum of 2 years office experience, in the insurance, or other regulated financial services industry; familiarity in dealing with state regulations, commissions, and other applicable requirements.
