Conduct risk-based due diligence and compliance reviews of prospective and existing third-party business partners to support the company's ethics and compliance program
Evaluate potential legal, regulatory, financial, sanctions, anti-corruption, and reputational risks associated with third-party relationships
Provide risk-based recommendations that enable informed business decisions
Manage the end-to-end due diligence process including reviewing risk assessment findings
Analyze adverse media and ownership information
Document and communicate risk determinations
Support risk mitigation activities and maintain audit-ready records
Contribute to the effectiveness and continuous enhancement of the organization's Third-Party Risk Management program
Requirements
CCEP, TASA, or other appropriate compliance certifications preferred
Healthcare compliance experience preferred
Previous audit experience preferred
Familiarity with US and international anti-corruption laws and regulations
Familiarity with US healthcare compliance laws and regulations
Exposure to US and international sales operations
Ability to work independently
Strong attention to detail
Ability to analyze data for patterns and inconsistencies
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization and with partners around the globe
Strong verbal and written communication skills
