Senior Due Diligence Specialist

Role Overview

• Conduct risk-based due diligence and compliance reviews of prospective and existing third-party business partners to support the company's ethics and compliance program
• Evaluate potential legal, regulatory, financial, sanctions, anti-corruption, and reputational risks associated with third-party relationships
• Provide risk-based recommendations that enable informed business decisions
• Manage the end-to-end due diligence process including reviewing risk assessment findings
• Analyze adverse media and ownership information
• Document and communicate risk determinations
• Support risk mitigation activities and maintain audit-ready records
• Contribute to the effectiveness and continuous enhancement of the organization's Third-Party Risk Management program

Requirements

• CCEP, TASA, or other appropriate compliance certifications preferred
• Healthcare compliance experience preferred
• Previous audit experience preferred
• Familiarity with US and international anti-corruption laws and regulations
• Familiarity with US healthcare compliance laws and regulations
• Exposure to US and international sales operations
• Ability to work independently
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to analyze data for patterns and inconsistencies
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization and with partners around the globe
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
