Execute activities including: hiring/onboarding, attendance tracking, vacation administration, and personnel record changes;
Provide excellent customer service and support to our clients;
Support payroll activities and related adjustments;
Contribute to continuous improvement of processes within the area of responsibility.

Completed Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or similar;
Knowledge and experience in personnel administration processes;
Knowledge of Senior systems (Ronda and Rubi) is a plus;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
Experience working in a Shared Services Center (SSC) model;
Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with internal teams.
